Most visitors spend around 1 to 1.5 hours with us. There is no time limit though, explore the museum at your own pace & stay a little longer wherever you are having the most fun.

For anyone who is curious and loves to be surprised. Come with your family, friends, partner, classmates or simply on your own. Everyone discovers something different here, and age really does not matter.

You do not have to, but we recommend booking in advance, especially on weekends, public holidays and busier days. You will have your entry secured and can start exploring right away.

Yes, you can also buy tickets directly at reception. If you already know when you would like to visit, buying online in advance through our website is the easiest option.

Absolutely, and definitely keep your phone or camera close 📸 You will find plenty of unexpected perspectives, visual surprises & spots made for great photos and videos. Photography and filming for personal use are very welcome.

Yes. You can leave your stroller at reception or in a designated area during your visit. When you arrive, our team will show you where to leave it, and then you can head off and explore.

Yes, smaller bags and luggage can be stored in lockers, subject to availability. Exploring our exhibits is definitely easier with your hands free.

Yes, most of the museum can be enjoyed without any issues, and you can simply skip anything that does not feel comfortable for you. Some installations include strong visual effects, movement or changes in balance, so always choose what feels right for you. Please note that the museum is not fully wheelchair accessible, and some areas cannot be accessed by wheelchair users. If you are unsure about anything, feel free to contact us before your visit or ask our team on site.

You can find us at Jindřišská 939/20, Prague 1, just a few minutes from Wenceslas Square. From Můstek metro station (A/B) it is around a 3-minute walk, and Prague Main Railway Station is less than 10 minutes away on foot. In short, we are right in the heart of the city.

The last entry is 45 minutes before closing time. If you can, we recommend arriving earlier. A typical visit takes around 1 to 1.5 hours, and it would be a shame to discover the last rooms at a sprint.
