Do we need to make a reservation ?

For individuals upto 10 people it is not needed. In case you would like to make a group reservation and get 20% discount, you need to reserve the term before your visit via e-mail:

How can we purchase the tickets?

Either with CZK in cash or credit card at the museum reception or via our web on the subpage called "PRICES"

How long does the excursion take?

Approximately 45 mins- 1 hour, depends on your pace and how many photos you decide to take

Is it allowed to take photos, can I bring my camera with me?

Not only allowed, in our museum it is a necessity! Some of the exhibits create the real effect via taken photos.

What are the prices for groups?

Is the tour always guided or self exploratory?

Our guides are always here on the request of groups. Individuals such as families or etc. can explore the exhibit with the help of explanations and instructions, provided in English and some other world languages.

Is the museum aimed at specific age?

No, we are definitely here for everyone of any age, although we do admit, because of our interactive and fun exhibit, not only children find their inner child in themselves while exploring our museum

"Do the holders of the ZTP (handicapped) ID have any discount on the tickets? Is your museum wheelchair accessible?"

"Yes, a visitor with ZTP ID has 60% discount on our tickets, ZTP/ P (handicapped with a guide) visitors have 60% + guide for free. For those that suffer with blindness and aslo bring their ID we have free tickets, since a significant part of our exhibit is optically aimed. If you come as a group, please make a reservation on email: 📧 Unfortunately, our Museum is only partially without barriers."

Can we take the baby carriage with us?

Our Museum is only partially without barriers. If the situation allows it (museum is not crowded), you can cruise through half of the museum with the carriage. Other half is not accessible due to construction matters. If it is crowded though, you still have the possibility to leave your baby carriage behind the entrance by our lockers, if you can take your baby with you.

Are pets allowed to go in ?

"Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the museum due to the restrictions of the building owners. Please ask your close ones to take care of your fluffy friend for a moment for you. The only exception though are dog guides. IMPORTANT! if you would like to visit Museum of Senses with a guide dog, you need to make a reservation on e-mail 📧 with a note ´visit with guide dog´, we will offer you the time, when it will be best for you to visit us."

Is it possible to have a snack in the museum?

It is not allowed to eat or drink in our exposition, an exception is a bottle of clear water. If you still want to have a snack, please do so only in the first area just behind the entrance by the lockers, as it is the only area without carpets. Thank you for your understanding.
